 Pastor Larry finds great excitement in leading people into God's presence and love in their lives.  A graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Larry served two churches in Southern California before being called as pastor of the Woodland Presbyterian Church where he has served for eighteen years with joy and dedication.  Larry's engaging pastoral style and deep love for Jesus have been used by God to lead people into a deeper intimacy with Jesus Christ.  Married to Portia for 26 years, they have been blessed with four grown children and enjoy six grandchildren.  In his free time Larry finds great joy in family, travel, tennis, and hiking in the woods.  He is an avid photographer of family and wild flowers and enjoys genealogy, art, and music.

Brad Tricola
Youth and Growth Ministries

Brad has a passion to help students discover Christ, and to send them out to make a difference in this world. Brad adds excitement to Student Ministry through his enthusiasm and love for Christ. Brad is married to Heather and they have a little boy named Braden. For fun Brad likes to play ping-pong, read, and go on adventures with youth group students. Brad is a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Speech Communication.

 

Barb Boswell
Office Administrator

 Barb is a life long Woodlander and on the cradle roll at WPC. She is an Elder in the church and worked with the Jr Hi Youth for 14 years, which she says explains the way she behaves! Married to Ron, they have one son, Matt, who is in Seminary. She is the author of the books "Every Time I Turn Around, I Bump into God" and "Every
Time I Turn Around, I Catch a Glimpse of God!", and speaks frequently at women's conferences and retreats. Her "other" passion, is the Seattle Mariners! She can be seen buzzing around Woodland on her bright blue Scooter!

Carol McCallum
Director of Music and Worship Ministries

"I will sing to the Lord all my life;

Carol has been involved in church choirs since the age of six.  While living in Australia, she directed church, school and community choirs and sang with a trio.  In addition to leading the WPC music program, Carol teaches piano to kids of all ages in her Vancouver studio, (www.carolskidsonkeys.faithweb.com).  Carol is married to Rod.  They have three adult daughters and one precious granddaughter.  Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with a Formal Minor in Music, summa cum laude from Washington State University. 

 

Jill Withrow
Organist & Bell Choirs Director		 Jill started playing the piano for Sunday School when she was about 14 years old, then moved on to playing for church services.  Her favorite thing, however, is directing the juBELLation and Gospbell handbell choirs at church.  Jill says its a great pleasure to work with people who have never read music and within a relatively short period of time have them making beautiful music together.  Her other joy is her four grandchildren who keep her hopping!
